Sole Source Purchases

NMSA 13-1-126.1

Sole source purchases and contracts may not be made until after the City publicizes its intent to make the purchase or award the contract for a period of thirty days. Potential vendors may protest the sole source determination by contacting the City of Lovington Finance Department within fifteen (15) days of the posting date. Any protests must be in writing and a description of the product or service offered as an equivalent must be included. Protests should be addressed to: City of Lovington, Finance Department, 214 S. Love St., Lovington, NM 88260.
